Schedule Pre-Site Inspection

• A project manager will contact you to schedule a pre-site inspection with a Lowe’s independent installer to ensure the appliances will fit in your home.
• The installer will document and process any additional payment for new labor required for installation.
• Your project manager will be automatically notified of any required changes.

Schedule Installation

• Once the installer has completed the inspection, your product will be shipped to the installer.
• Your project manager will contact you to schedule your installation.

Installation Day

• You’ll be contacted one day prior to your scheduled installation day as well as the day of installation.
• Once installation is finished, the installer will complete a final walk-through to ensure you’re satisfied.
