The GC5271W is a uniquely sized 27" wide gas cooktop designed to fit many standard 24" cutouts, maximizing cooking power and counter space efficiency with its five burners. The continuous cast iron grates are built to handle heavy-duty pots and pans, allowing easy movement of cookware from one burner to another. The classic white surface is made of painted enamel steel, with color-matched knobs centrally located for easy use. These knobs require a gentle push-to-turn motion to prevent accidents. The unit features thermocouple flame failure protection to ensure gas shuts off if the flame is extinguished, electronic spark ignition, and a pre-installed 115V power cord. Five sealed Sabaf burners offer a range of cooking power to accommodate various heating needs. The center ultra rapid 11,000 BTU burner includes a dual flame and removable cast iron wok stand for even heating of large cooking vessels. Other burners provide versatile performance, making this cooktop ideal for any kitchen.
